From Miami-Dade to Key Largo.
Gamal Riquelme was born in New York City and raised in Miami. With a lifelong interest in finance and economics, he began his real estate career in 2009 as a sales associate in Miami-Dade County. He later earned his Florida broker license and opened Sunshine Brokers to manage properties personally.
Based in Key Largo, Gamal works with clients buying, selling, and managing real estate across the Florida Keys, Miami, and Homestead. His property management work ranges from condos to single-family homes, with direct broker communication for owners.
His involvement is hands-on: marketing and showings, tenant screening, leases, move-ins and move-outs, renewals, inspections documented with photos, six-month walkthroughs, vendors and cleaning, and HOA applications and approvals. Clients have one broker to reach throughout the process.
Gamal also holds a USCG OUPV (six-pack) captain's license, bringing a year-round perspective on the Upper Keys from the water as well as the shoreline. He is a member of the Florida Keys Board of REALTORS and Florida Keys MLS, and mentors newer agents working toward becoming associate brokers.
From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, the philosophy is simple: service, local understanding, and personal attention throughout the real estate process.
